How to pay your social care bill

From going to the post office - to paying online, there are many safe and easy ways to pay your Medway social care bill.

Paying by direct debit

It's safe, easy to set up and you won't miss a payment.

Simply phone us on 01634 333333 to find out how to start paying by direct debit.  

Pay with a debit or credit card

You can pay using a debit or credit card at a time that suits you.

Paying by phone

Phone 01634 333333 Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. Don't forget to have your Care Account details ready. 

Paying by cheque

Send your cheque made payable to Medway Council to:

Dock Road
Chatham
Kent ME4 4TR

Don't forget to write your account reference number on the back of your cheque and attach the payment slip. Also, if you'd like a receipt, please include a SAE. Don't send cash by post.

Paying at post offices and banks

You can pay at post offices and banks by cash or cheque. Simply use a payment slip from your payment book - or the tear-off slip from your bill. Don't forget to make your cheque payable to Medway Council.
